Who we are

Worn With Grace ("we," "us," "our") operates this online store at shop.wornwithgrace.com. We design faith-based streetwear — t-shirts, hoodies, and hats — and have each piece printed to order by our production partner.

Products and fulfillment

Every item on Worn With Grace is made to order: nothing is pre-printed or held in stock. When you place an order, it's sent directly to our print-on-demand partner, who prints and ships it on our behalf. Because items are produced individually after purchase, production and shipping together typically take longer than off-the-shelf retail — estimated timelines are shown on each product page.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we're unable to fulfill, including cases of suspected fraud or an out-of-stock print option.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our print partner's facility, but we'll help you follow up with the carrier if a package is significantly delayed or lost.

Returns and refunds

Because every item is made to order, our return and refund terms are more limited than for stocked retail goods. Full details, including when we do offer a refund or replacement, are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site belong to Worn With Grace and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create competing products without our written permission. Bible verses and public-domain text referenced in our designs belong to no one; our specific artwork and layout of them does.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worn With Grace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement.
